Directions: The process is pretty easy. Mix together both of your dry ingredients in a small dish or bowl. Cut each of your lemons in half and dip the exposed edge into your baking soda/sugar mix. Scrub gently in a circular motion over your tan to blend over those streaks.

- 2 lemons (or more)
- baking soda
- sugar
4. ENERGIZING EXFOLIATOR
Here's another way to save some extra cash in your beauty regimen! Exfoliating weekly is a quick & easy way to remove dull, dead skin from your face and body. Some products can be too harsh on sensitive skin types, so try out this recipe to organically brighten your complexion.
Directions: To finish off your week with a bit of pampering, give yourself an at-home facial. Start with a gentle face wash to remove any excess dirt and makeup from the day. Now it's time to exfoliate. Mix together all your ingredients in a small container until you've created a "paste-like" consistency. If you find that the mixture is crumbling off your face as you scrub, add a bit more lemon juice to moisten the consistency. Gently scrub your entire face, avoiding the eye area for no more than 1-minute. Rinse and pat your face dry before continuing on with your usual beauty regimen. TIP! Make sure you include a hydrating moisturizer in your routine to replenish your skin to promote faster skin recovery.
What you'll need:
- 1 tbsp - organic coconut oil
- fresh lemon juice
- raw sugar
5. DETOXIFYING BATH
Lavender baths are great, but sometimes you need a little pick-me-up to energize your week before you have a chance to relax and decompress.
Directions: Thinly slice a couple of lemons before you draw your bath. Sprinkle and stir the Epsom salt into the tub and toss in your lemon slices. Wait 2-minutes to allow the salt to dissolve before hopping in. Then lay back and let the bath do all the work as it draws out the impurities from your skin and body.
What you'll need:
- 2-3 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 cup - Epsom salt
